Four or more people receiving any package combination [multiple services, either standard packages or a la carte] are considered a group.

A non-refundable deposit and a credit card number to secure all appointments booked are required to schedule a group event.

To avoid a 50% cancellation fee, we kindly request cancellations occur two weeks prior to your event. All event and party bookings must be finalized no later than one week prior to the scheduled event.

Spa beverages are available to all guests.
